1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Branded merchandise (such as mugs and t-shirts) must be unworn and unwashed.
- Cleaning and hygiene products (such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies) must be sealed and unopened for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
